Terms

Website Development

1. Any charges below 1,000.00 dollars will be paid in full before work begins.
2. If you have outstanding balances, no further work will be done on your site until the balance is paid.
3. Website quotes are only valid for 30 days. If work is not begun on the project within 30 day of the project quote the project price is subject to change.
4. All website hosting accounts are required to pay by credit card unless another arrangement has been agreed upon.
5. We make no claims to the performance or success of your website.

2. Internet Hosting

1. If hosting payments are not made by the 10th of the month, your site will be suspended.
2. If you site is suspended due to lack of payment, we require you pay a 25.00 reconnection fee.
3. If you hosting is not paid after 30 days, your site will be removed from the server and your account terminated.
4. If you violate the Terms of Service, your site will be removed from the server and your account terminated.
5. You are not allow to engage in spamming, hacking, hosting pornographic content, linking to pornographic content, port scanning, denial of service to other websites.

 Licensing and fees

1. Our CMS products are developed on a per-domain license. We retain rights to our code but you have have the right to use the system on 1 domain unlimitedly (no time limit).
2. You do not have the right to clone the website and have 2 sites using the same system; this is expressly forbidden. You can contact us to upgrade your license.
3. We charge no monthy or yearly fees for our CMS products. All work is done at our hourly rate after the website is completed unless it is a warranty bug fix.

Disclaimed Warranties

You acknowledge and agree that Speedy Solutions, Inc. exercises no control over, and accepts no responsibility for, the content of the information passing through Speedy Solutions, Inc.'s host computers, network hubs and points of presence, or the Internet. All services performed hereunder are performed "as is" and without warranty against failure of performance including, without limitation, any failure due to computer hardware or communications systems. Expect as expressly provided in the agreement, Speedy Solutions, Inc. does not make and hereby disclaims, and you hereby waive all reliance on, any representations or warranties, arising by law or otherwise, regarding the services, including without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or arising from course of dealing, course of performance or usage in trade.
